Job Description
- Receiving and reviewing required hiring documents from new employee as per labor law regulations
- Responsible for making contract for new employee and contracts renew
- Make employee file including ( employment contract – Form 1- Hiring Documents).
- Responsible for probation period for new hires , and sending them to appropriate parties.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
- Register new employees on SAP and movements such as transfer-promotion.
- Maintain and update staff database, and ensure reliable and accurate reporting.
- Track employees' absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Prepare form number 1,2,6.
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance.
- Responsible for making termination procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience from 1 to 3 years in Personnel
- HR diploma or Certificate is mandatory
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint)
