Job Description
- Taking and Managing Reservations: Answer phone calls and emails, handle online reservations, and manage a reservation system.
- Providing Information: Answer questions about the restaurant's menu, special events, location, hours, and other relevant details.
- Customer Service: Offer excellent service, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Optimizing Table Allocation: Allocate tables based on guest preferences, group size, and availability.
- Confirming Reservations: Confirm reservations and send out reminders to guests.
- Handling Special Events: Manage reservations for special events and parties.
- Maintaining Accuracy: Ensure accurate and detailed records of reservations are kept.
