We are Karzoun, WhatsApp Business solution provider . We offer WhatsApp API services through our platform for managing conversations, creating advanced automation processes, and launching marketing campaigns via WhatsApp. Our clients are e-commerce store owners on platforms such as Salla, Zid, among others.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Completing the Meta business Manager verification process of the business manager for our clients.
- Building bots for clients using Karzoun tools.
- Providing technical support.
- Compliance issue resolutions within Meta.
- Handling WhatsApp within Meta.
- Technical support.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with Meta tools.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp API.
- Familiarity with guidelines, privacy, and business policies within Meta.
- Experience in verifying Meta business managers and reviewing documents before uploading them to Meta.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment and achieve objectives.
- Flexibility in time management and handling multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to propose solutions to problem-solving.
