MEP construction manager

Have capability to design mechanical systems for big 
and small projects include (HVAC) – (Firefighting “Wet 
sprinkler systems, standpipe, clean agent gas systems CO2”) – (Plumbing “Drainage and water supply networks” –External networks “Foul, water supply, storm drainage-Firefighting-irrigation”).           

Familiar with design software’s (Hourly Analysis Program HAP for HVAC- Elite for hydraulic calculation for firefighting networks and pumps calculations -Water supply for plumbing pipe sizing and other design tables from international codes).                                                                      Have a good knowledge in Material and equipment selections as well as approvals criteria.                                                         Familiar with National and international codes (ASHRAE-SMACNA-NFPA-IPC-UPC-ASPE-SBC).                                                  Familiar with TIER classifications for Data Centers  design under regulations of Uptime Institute.                                               Preparation of complete RFP for new projects, include conceptual and IFC design drawings, specifications, technical requirements and calculations                             

UnderstandingofBMS.                                                         

Familiar with contracts and local procurement law.
