Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mobile development roles, with a strong focus on sourcing iOS and Android developers.

• Proactively source candidates through a variety of methods, including direct headhunting on platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks.

• Conduct in-depth CV screenings, ensuring candidates meet role requirements, including relevant skills and experience.

• Handle initial candidate interviews in English to assess both soft skills and cultural fit.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs, aligning recruitment strategies with company goals.

• Create and update job postings to attract top-tier candidates effectively.

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience, fostering positive engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the tech industry, with a strong focus on mobile development roles.

• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition methods, particularly in sourcing and screening senior mobile development professionals.

• Proven success in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf) for efficient candidate management.

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as all interviews and communications are conducted in English.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with mobile development trends, skills, and industry standards is highly preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in mobile development for iOS and Android.

• Certifications in recruitment or human resources.

• Knowledge of current recruitment best practices for tech roles, including passive candidate engagement and senior-level talent sourcing.
