Job Description

Emirates Auctions Dubai office is hiring Law Fresh graduates. We are expanding the legal department and have more than 10 vacancies.

Job Description

  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
  • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to a supervisor
  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work
  • Read source documents such as reports or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners
  • Pay attention to detail in order to correctly report and interpret information
  • Being highly organized to handle requests and information coming in from various directions
  • Exhibit exceptional time management skills in order to meet deadlines
  • Respect confidentiality of personal data with which they may come into contact
  • Communicate well to help clients understand legal language and procedures
  • Monitor progress of all cases and report to Supervisor/Legal head.
  • Work with your supervisor and other team members to identify insufficient in data and resolve them
  • Conduct literature review of legal services with the aim of upgrading them
  • Write and present daily reports of implementations, as well as weekly research reports
  • Monitor the preparation of background supporting materials such as presentations and reports

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Law is a MUST
  • Very Good command of English language 
  • Graduates of batch “2016” to “2020” are most welcomed 
  • Military Service certificate is a MUST “Completion or Exemption”
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail.
