- Monitor workflow and resource allocation to optimize productivity and meet service level agreements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, schedules, and documentation related to planning activities.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish and English with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in the resolution of operational issues by identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share updates, insights, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering open communication.
Job Requirements
Develop, monitor, and optimize workforce planning strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and service level requirements.
Collaborate with function management teams to design and implement effective resource allocation processes.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies related to workforce management.
Maintain and improve control mechanisms for cost management, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Liaise with other departments to integrate planning activities across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in workforce management or function management teams within an operations environment.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and visualize large data sets for actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, Power Query).
Solid understanding of workforce management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of the applicable legal framework related to labor regulations is highly valued.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Languages:
Spanish: Advanced or Native level (written and spoken) – Required
English: Intermediate to Advanced level (written and spoken) – Valued
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with workforce planning software (e.g., Kronos, NICE, Verint, etc.)
Experience in budgeting or financial control within an operational environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
