Experienced Projects / Technical Support Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.

● Research and identify solutions to various manufacturing processes (Specially SS fabrication, welding and sheet metal)

● Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

● Creating and modifying detailed engineering drawings and models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software

● Optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality

● Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue

● Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

● Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

● Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

● Ensure all issues are properly logged

● Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

● Prepare accurate and timely reports

● Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Experienced Projects / Technical Support Engineer

2-4 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (Specially SS fabrication, welding and sheet metal) and be able to apply them effectively in project execution.
Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality is highly desirable.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
Experience creating and modifying detailed engineering drawings and models using AutoCAD. Familiarity with 2D and 3D drafting is essential.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software is essential.
Experience creating and modifying 3D models for design and analysis purposes. Knowledge of advanced SolidWorks functionalities, such as simulation and assembly modeling, is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Creating project reports, presentations, and documentation using these tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Experience in troubleshooting complex engineering problems is highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Experience in presenting technical information to non-technical audiences is a plus.
BS degree in Engineering or relevant field.
