Job Description
We are looking for a motivated sales to join our team and help customers find the perfect shoes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to persuade customers, and work well under pressure to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting shoes that fit their needs.
Explain product features, benefits, and prices clearly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Monitor inventory and report any shortages.
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in selling shoes, clothing, or similar products is preferred.
Experience in direct sales with customers is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with customers and the ability to build good relationships.
Strong persuasion skills and the ability to handle objections.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Minimum of a high school diploma (a university degree is preferred).
Presentable and professional appearance.
Greeting customers and assisting them in choosing the right shoes.
Explaining product features and prices.
Monitoring inventory and reporting product shortages.
Achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
Maintaining the organization and tidiness of the showroom or store.
