Job Description

Our client is an international bank seeking to hire an Associate for their CDD's digital platform operation.

The objective for the role:

Product development and management of Central KYC/CDD Registry, Investment portal and News, business development and foray into idea generation, innovation, and digital business.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development activities to send and follow up on mass mailings and other campaign channels to influence customers to onboard, as well as upload the required and optional documents to the digital platform.
  • Ensuring proper implementation of the CDD guidelines and processes on the platform.
  • Assisting the Manager in gathering information for implementation and reporting purposes and assist with special projects, along with completing specified tasks from end-to-end.
  • Assisting with maintenance of investment information; country profile, investment climate, and economic outlook; in Investment portal of the bank's digital platform.
  • Managing interaction with subscribers and other users, as needed, in support of CDD and Investment portal activities, maintaining a high-level client service experience.
  • Complying with service level standards to complete CDD activities and address rejections made by CDD Checkers.
  • Assisting the Manager to complete all required training pertaining to the function in a timely manner.
  • Accomplish assigned tasks (including time-sensitive tasks) within defined targets and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fulfills checks, analysis, and maintenance of contributors’ information as well as investment climate and country profile information in the bank's digital KYC/CDD platform.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related subject from a recognized University is a must.
  • A professional qualification CAMS certification is also preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking or financial service institution.
  • Understanding of KYC/CDD or any digital CDD Registry.
  • Familiarity with customer on-boarding processes.
  • Organizational skills, detailed oriented, motivated, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; an ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and scenarios in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • PC proficient (MS Office) and extensive knowledge in online research; advanced Excel skills.
