Job Description
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of an annual business plan
- Lead development of new products and manage life-cycle of the products' portfolio
- Follow the implementation of cycle promotion with field force, analyze feedback, and propose changes and improvements when necessary.
- Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the proper alignment with stakeholders.
- Communicate with agencies and 3rd parties to excuse activities plan
- Manage and direct the execution of brand retail strategies and tactics.
- Allocate and control product advertising and promotion budgets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy, Science or related medical background
- Experience : 5-7 years brand management
- Experience in OTC pharma , FMCG experience is an add on
- Digital marketing certificate is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
