Job Description
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, loyalty, and consumer base expansion. This role requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a data-driven approach to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and product innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies and marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, foster brand loyalty, and expand the consumer base.
- Create and manage a promotional calendar aimed at increasing sales volume across all trade channels, including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and HORECA.
- Monitor the performance of the company’s SKUs and ensure product availability across all channels during promotional periods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Finance, and Operations) to drive innovation and support the launch of new products in the market.
- Plan and execute successful product launches.
- Track brand performance against established targets and develop actionable plans to optimize efficiency and ensure ROI.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in brand management in FMCG.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate strategies and results.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
