Job Description
- Supports the payroll system.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Responsible for issuing all payment in time.
- Work on day to day on compensation queries from the staff by Identify and determine the causes of compensation related problems and develop recommendations.
- Conduct periodic reports on payroll system and prepare requested analytical reports.
- Responsible of maintaining other Compensation activity such as loans, job offers, hr letter, medical etc…
- Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
- Evaluate employees benefits and develop new programs.
- Accelerate delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers.
- Reconciles benefits accounts by approving billing statements.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 4 years of relevant and proven working experience
- Working knowledge of salary grading structure and job evaluation systems
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Skills:
- Strong Time Management skills
