Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance  and implementation on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

  • Responsible for ACT annual recruitment plan and execution according to business flow                           
  • Maintain the hiring process and ensure that ACT and Egyptian Laws are properly applied along the employment cycle. 
  • Monitoring policies implementation & observing attendance.
  • Manage the Annual Performance management system and ensure commitment to the process.
  • Match the performance results with Compensation, Annual increase and bonus system.
  • Deliver the annual Training plan to ACT management, and coordinate execution.
  • Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
  • Ensure the efficiency of communication flow among the company
  • Responsible of present to monthly payroll to finance dept. within due date.
  • Advice the management of succession planning and talent rewarding plans.
  • Act as the first advisor for the company regarding application of Labor law and disciplinary actions.   
  • Maintains company organization charts and employee directory. 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Good command of English.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Very good Knowledgeable of Egyptian Labor Law
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR management OR Relevant Field. /HR Diploma.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
