Job Description
1. Responsible for managing and maintaining weplay's VIP users
2. User problem solving: proactively communicate and promptly solve VIP users' problems, feedback reasonable optimization needs to the product team, and be responsible for VIP satisfaction.
3. User relationship maintenance: Responsible for establishing contact with VIP users, improving user stickiness through professional services and communication, and promoting user activity and willingness to pay.
4. User feedback collection: Actively collect user feedback, understand user needs, and provide first-hand information for product optimization and operation strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Native Arabic speaker. English Or Chinese proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
2. Familiar with the customs and cultural habits of Arabic-speaking areas;
3. Like to experience various games, have a strong sense of customer service, and be able to solve various problems of users and players during the game product experience;
4. Have empathy, be able to prevent possible disputes, and properly resolve complaints, etc.;
