Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various methods including online research, networking, and cold calling.
· Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our outsourcing services, specifically contact center solutions.
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
· Business Writing: Prepare and send professional business proposals, emails, and other communications to potential clients.
· Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients to showcase our services and value proposition.
· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports to the Business Development Director.
· Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Business Development Director.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong business writing and presentation skills.
· Ability to conduct effective cold calls and handle objections.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
