Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Actively promote products, explain features and benefits, and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and product merchandising.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
