Job Description
- Preparation and facilitation of orientation programs.
- Conducts training needs analysis.
- Determination of the organizational, professional, personal and managerial development needs.
- Determines training needs and design trainings accordingly.
- Sources external training providers and resources where appropriate.
- Conducts preparation of training plans and programs.
- Preparation, organization and facilitation of trainings.
- Provides input into company-wide training material and do the required updates.
- Maintains training records and provides reports internally and externally for compulsory trainings.
- Creates the calendar and budget for the annual promotion and training programs.
- Following the process of the promotion programs until reaching the final step and calculating the final results.
- Creates and checks training records following training completion.
- Applies and follows the progress of the training and development programs for head office and store staff.
Job Requirements
Education & Language Skills
- University Degree.
- Native speaker of local language and fluent English (written & verbal).
- Preferably 3-5 years of retail experience in similar position.
Professional Expertise
- Ability to deliver on the job training
- LC Waikiki Retail Operation Processes Knowledge
- Ability (or strong potential) to conduct presentations
- Ability (or strong potential) to deliver training
- Ability (or strong potential) to prepare training material
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrating planning and follow-up abilities
