Job Description
- Ensures that lesson plans of prepared activities are parallel to class schedules for a proper adaptation of curriculum standards.
- Ensures the protection and proper utilization of all branch assets, including inventory, equipment, and facility.
- Manages the branch accounting functions, including invoicing, cash drawer procedures and balancing to manage the branch budget.
- Responsible for and oversee the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with parents whenever needed to decrease the percentage of complaints.
- Ensure the branch is adequately insured and all safety procedures on and equipment are maintained
- To be responsible for admissions in line with the admissions policy agreed by the management team at Head Office.
- Maintains consistent reporting of branch's strengths, weaknesses and needs, as well as, offer proper solutions to problems.
Job Requirements
- Having an academic diploma in Management.
- Experience not less than 10 years in teaching.
- Can put a strategic plan for a whole branch “Nannies- Security- Admin.- Teachers”
- Responsible for conducting appraisal reports for whole employees.
- Able to train teachers on the job training on any early years program according to early years foundation standards.
- Should have other competencies like Leadership, Problem solving, Decision maker & Strong Communication Skills
