Sparks Preschool New Cairo is currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Nursery Manager to join their Family.
Our aim is to create a warm and friendly setting and provide a positive, safe, happy, and nurturing approach to childcare. The children in our care receive stimulation and develop from our ethos of a play-based approach to learning through positive experiences.
You will need to be confident, driven, and most importantly passionate about childcare. You will be a committed, professional, organized, flexible, and responsible leader who is driven by high quality and excellence and has the ability to lead by example and support the Operations Manager.
Job Requirements
- Hold minimum 3 years experience in a nursery/school (Pre K) setting in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Have excellent command of English (Verbal & Written) and computer skills
- Be passionate about working with children.
- Have a desire to learn and grow.
- Work well under pressure with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Work closely alongside the Operations Manager to drive the business forward.
- Ensure the highest level of wellbeing for each Sparker across all elements.
- Impeccable customer service, resolution techniques and bonding relationships.
- Work closely alongside colleagues and drive the strong ‘family vibe’.
- Be imaginative, creative, and not afraid to dress up, be covered in paint or gloop, and most importantly have fun
