About the Job
  • Develop/contribute to lead generation strategies and campaigns – focused on integrating social media into existing or creating new programs, aligned with business KPIs.
  • Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, SMS and display advertising campaigns.
  • Build and execute online marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marketing, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Develop paid social advertising plans and strategies.
  • Support the team in daily, monthly and quarterly reporting to management.
  • Work closely with Design team to generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Apply creativity and innovation in developing content that will engage consumers and enhance the brand.
  • Monitor trends in social media including tools, strategies, and applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Requirements
  • (2-4) years of experience digital marketing.
  • Creative and strategic thinker and know how to take concepts, align them with objectives and meet business goals/KPIs
  • Expertise of social media publishing platforms and listening tools
  • Flexible to adapt quickly to short tasks
  • Motivated to integrate a dynamic team
  • Self-Organized with Task Management skills
