Develop/contribute to lead generation strategies and campaigns – focused on integrating social media into existing or creating new programs, aligned with business KPIs.
Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, SMS and display advertising campaigns.
Build and execute online marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marketing, messaging, and audience identification.
Develop paid social advertising plans and strategies.
Support the team in daily, monthly and quarterly reporting to management.
Work closely with Design team to generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Apply creativity and innovation in developing content that will engage consumers and enhance the brand.
Monitor trends in social media including tools, strategies, and applications.
