About the Job
  • To identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related market dynamics, changes, trends and tracking market leaders contributors and their accomplishments.
  • To have a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
  • To Keep abreast of new ideas, innovative solutions on global level to cope and adopt with international trends and rapid development in relative industry.
  • To plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
  • To identify and seek new business opportunities, to prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • To create and manage an effective sales pipeline within the overall sales objectives, while opening new business opportunities.
  • To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
  • To conduct GAP Analysis to assess current performance versus desired one & see how can we take advantage of any coming opportunities.
  • To set tactics in how to avoid any coming threats while identifying internal weaknesses to bridge gaps if any.

Job Requirements
  • Fully integrated Strategic Automotive Experience in Sales/Business Development/Marketing is a MUST. (Preferably in Truck Bus/Light Vehicle/ Heavy Trucks)
  • 20+ Years experience is mandatory.
