Job Description
- Provide technical support for local and remote users.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (CRM, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations.
- Provide Technical Support for Hardware and Software Issues.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2 to 3 Years.
- Strong knowledge in VOIP
- Strong Knowledge in Sophos Sophos XG firewalls.
- Good Knowledge of MCSA, CCNA, ESXI is a must.
- Good Knowledge of CCNB is preferred.
- Experience preferred in offshore call centers
- Ability to diagnose and Resolve Basic Technical Issues.
- Good understanding of Windows Servers.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Very Good command in English.
- Fast Learner
- Strong Knowledge in Linux & Ubuntu
