Job Description

We are seeking an abnormal superior Account Executive’s to connect thousands of prospects to a mix of products offered by four companies and cover the-state-of-art needs of every outdoor advertising market stakeholder, however, the primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to the existing prospect database, also search and find new prospects that are qualified to any of our products across the four entities. One of the major roles of an Account Executive in INSITE OOH is to maintain a great relationship with any of the prospects, whether they are qualified customers or not. INSITE OOH brand image base on the on-ground actions by our agents.

The Account Executive brings a point of view to the prospects, and customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with an appropriate and applicable product of any entity:

Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to:

  • Understanding our group of companies and the unique role of every company, moreover, full recognition of every company offerings and products 
  • Deliver clear awareness of our various products to our prospects
  • Categorize the subscribers’ database according to our products
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Taking advantage of the subscribers’ database to filter and define every single lead
  • Communicate our products to all the target customers accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key prospects, accounts, customer stakeholders, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the roundly (monthly/quarterly) progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain different terms of roundly reports to the superiors and colleagues to keep the workflow easy and fast
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements

  • Professional experience with customer service and communication
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
