Job Description
This is a Business Development / Sales vacancy. Your mission as a Solutions Seller is to drive the technology with clients, focused around software solutions and translating customer needs. You should serve as the customer's strategic advisor to translate the customer's requirements into the right cross-Technology architecture, in context of use cases and critical technology decision points, to generate opportunity identification, and drive revenue growth. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Promote the company’s solutions addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare financial proposals
- Strong follow-up with clients to make sure proposals meet their requirements
- Keep records of sales and revenue
- Build long-term relationships with new customers
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Job Requirements
Candidates must exhibit the following key skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development specialist, sales professional or a relevant role
- Familiar with IT and Software Solutions sales
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Market knowledge in Software Solutions
- Industry knowledge in Telecommunication, Banking, or other relevant fields
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
Required:
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- English: Fluent, both spoken and written (Highly Required).
- Exemption / Completion of military services (for Egyptians).
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience.
