Job Description

  1. Reviewing and preparing of subcontractor invoices.
  2. Study and review the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ…etc.
  3. Review and approve material approval request and method of statement according to project specs.
  4. Preparation of RFIS.
  5. Review and approve quantity survey submittal
  6. Coordination between various discipline,
  7. Coordination between buildings, Sanitary and infrastructure.
  8. Investigate technical problems in site.
  9. Preparing and reviewing shop drawings and as built drawings.
  10. Cost analysis and control.
  11. Follow up Purchase orders.
  12. Follow up Contracting orders.
  13. Letters and coordination between different entities of the project.
  14. Follow up progress in site by sending a weekly construction progress report to planning department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
  • +15 of experience in Technical Office infrastructure & Sanitary.
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
  • Experience in infrastructure, water and sanitary works.
  • Experience in pricing utility infrastructure and sanitary works.
  • Experience in Industrial / residential.
  • Good command of English language speaking, reading and writing.
  • Excellent knowledge in (AutoCAD, #Revit, Navisworks, lnventor, Civil 3D &  Microsoft Office).
