Job Description
- Reviewing and preparing of subcontractor invoices.
- Study and review the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ…etc.
- Review and approve material approval request and method of statement according to project specs.
- Preparation of RFIS.
- Review and approve quantity survey submittal
- Coordination between various discipline,
- Coordination between buildings, Sanitary and infrastructure.
- Investigate technical problems in site.
- Preparing and reviewing shop drawings and as built drawings.
- Cost analysis and control.
- Follow up Purchase orders.
- Follow up Contracting orders.
- Letters and coordination between different entities of the project.
- Follow up progress in site by sending a weekly construction progress report to planning department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- +15 of experience in Technical Office infrastructure & Sanitary.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Experience in infrastructure, water and sanitary works.
- Experience in pricing utility infrastructure and sanitary works.
- Experience in Industrial / residential.
- Good command of English language speaking, reading and writing.
- Excellent knowledge in (AutoCAD, #Revit, Navisworks, lnventor, Civil 3D & Microsoft Office).
