Skills And Tools:
- Recruit and perform required activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend a final selection of applicants, and close qualified candidates.
- Consult with hiring managers, and the HR team on position descriptions, requisition creation, and compensation.
- Have a vast experience in different types of recruitment portals
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates
- Have past experience in the process of sourcing, selection, and hiring
- Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s position and attract qualified calibers
- Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring the process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
- Managing and submitting different reports accordingly
- Min +5 years’ experience in the same role or similar
- preferred experience in retails, facility, and real estate
- Excellent user of MS office especially excels and can deal with data analysis
- Have experience with HRIS
Required Education and Skills:
- Bachelor degree
- HR Diploma is highly preferable (AUC, Riti, Eslsca)
- Excellent communication skills and negotiating skills
- Eager to learn, proactive and dynamic
