Job Description
- Develop weekly, monthly projects implementation plans according to resources and customer schedules.
- Manage the development of technical designs process until validation from the customers.
- Supervise sites periodically and manage teams’ progress and work done on site.
- Oversees solutions implementation and testing in order to ensure completion of projects efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact scope, budget, or schedule of projects.
- Monitors progress and performance against the project plan and provide progress reports periodically.
- Coordinate internally with logistics and purchasing department as well with suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Develop the technical team skills periodically to ensure quality installations and up to date solutions.
- Evaluate periodically teams’ performance and apply company rules related to disciplines and quality standards.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Electrical, Communication or Mechatronics Engineering
- Typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience in project management
- PMP/KNX certifications are a plus
- Manage the design, solutions development & projects functions
- Can manage multiple projects effectively
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office & CAD software is a plus
- Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable
- Has the ability to work well with others and lead a team
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Very good organization, planning and project management skills
- Can build and develop teams
- Can build and communicate different business reports
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
- Understanding of business, budget and control
