Job Description
The main role for the position is to recruit talented broadcasters/influencers/performers (our "Partners") and organize them to create high-quality content on our platform.
We’re looking for an individual that will scale the Partners recruitment program, manage Partners outreach, sign talents, and oversee influencer-brand marketing activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Work on Partners recruitment and relationship management.
- Collaborate with talents, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of the product.
- Cultivate relationships with key influencers and thought-leaders.
- Act as a community manager to create a fun and safe environment for users to participate and interact via live video.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience in marketing and sales, content operations or business management; Talent who is of Art/social media education background is preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate value points with Partners
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal directions.
- Follow-through: you say what you’ll do, and do what you say; you know that the details matter.
- Passion for social entertainment are preferred.
- Native Arabic and Excellent English.
