About the Job

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls regarding customer requests.
  • Provide best possible service to customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide proper information to customers with complete & comprehensive understanding of Onecard Products & Services and Policies & Procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints in time & treats them as business opportunities to ensure continuous improvement & development.
  • Escalate problems & provides relevant feedback to the right channels.
  • Contribute to the cross selling of our Products and Services.
Job Requirements
  • Preferred from Nasr city or around.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Age not above 25 years.
  • Excellent English both spoken and written.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Strong Customer Orientation.
  • Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
  • Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
  • High sense of time management.
