  • As a result of the ongoing growth, Infotek is currently seeking five resource managers to join its team in Cairo. The ideal candidates would be energetic, dynamic, able to multi-task, possess exceptional people and organization skills, and enjoy being in a fast pace demanding environment.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with clients
  • Building an inventory based on market trends of qualified IT Consultants and Permanent IT candidates
  • Applicant tracking/updating inventory regularly
  • Building relationships with applicant inventory
  • Building relationships with clients (marketing staff)
  • Evaluating requirements
  • Qualifying candidates for specific IT jobs
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Updating databases

Job Requirements

Requiring Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language
  • Exceptional professional mannerism - in person, on the phone, and in email
  • Must enjoy interacting with people on all levels
  • A proactive temperament combined with strong work ethic and self-discipline
  • Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Recruiting and basic IT training will be provided. No specific prior experience is required.
