Job Description
- Performance Management System Implementation :
- Support in the cascading of the corporate strategic objectives to department objectives
- Support in the formulation of the Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs) for each department
- Training and Development :
- Facilitate with each manager the development of the Individual development plan for him and his team
- Ensure all development plans are clear and developed on time as per the companies plan
- Consolidate the company training plan
- Capable of performing the following tasks
- Research and Analyze Data
- Create and Conduct Surveys
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in the same function
- HR Diploma is a plus
- Languages :
- Arabic (Excellent Spoken and Written Skills)
- English (Excellent Spoken and Written Skills)
