A travel and tourism company, that has branches in Heliopolis and in the Pyramisd area is seeking a highly experienced, and skilled inbound Tour consultant (Travel consultant - Tour operator), The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Nile cruises and the classic tour packages around Egypt, a minimum 5 years experience in the incoming tourism to Egypt is must.
Responsibilities
- Responding to the clients’ (individuals or groups) requests in English via different channels, such as Email, Phone, and Chat.
- Create tailor-made itineraries around Egypt
- Tour package pricing.
- Provide itinerary with the appropriate quotation to the customer
- Collect deposits and balances
- Create invoices.
- Provide tourists with all required information about Egypt and sightseeing
- Describe trips to clients and give detailed information on any documents required, such as passports or visas to Egypt.
- Follow up with clients during trips and assure they are happy with the company's service
Job Requirements
Skill
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong Sales skills
- Knowledge about sightseeing and tour operations in Egypt/
- Good knowledge of Egypt travel destinations
IT skills as user in Excel, Word, and Outlook emails. Internet, and social media.
