Job Description
A Technical Support Engineer who is capable of providing Level 1 support to clients, assist in product testing, and support internal R&D efforts.
- Deliver Level 1 technical support to clients
- Assist in product testing and technical documentation
- Contribute to R&D and solution evaluation
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Graduate in BIS, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience (internships count!)
- Good English skills (spoken & written)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of IT/software concepts
