Job Description
- Follow company SOPs to provide high-quality consultation and support services.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching quality, offer constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support students’ learning progress by providing timely solutions and proactively optimizing their learning experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalised learning plans and suggestions.
- Improve customer satisfaction and encourage referrals through outstanding service.
- Track and analyze students’ learning results, propose improvement plans, and help increase both effectiveness and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, teaching or a related field.
- Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
- Enthusiastic about providing high-quality service and looking to develop a long-term career in the education industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and open personality.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
