Job Description

  • Follow company SOPs to provide high-quality consultation and support services.
  • Monitor and evaluate teaching quality, offer constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Support students’ learning progress by providing timely solutions and proactively optimizing their learning experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalised learning plans and suggestions.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and encourage referrals through outstanding service.
  • Track and analyze students’ learning results, propose improvement plans, and help increase both effectiveness and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, teaching or a related field.
  • Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
  • Enthusiastic about providing high-quality service and looking to develop a long-term career in the education industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and open personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
