Job Description
- Acquire a new merchant, especially those who have an online business.
- Follow up and communicate with the existing merchants.
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Building and managing the corporate channel
- Competition benchmarking & market insights
- Handling business reports on a regular basis
- Generate all leads, tasks & activities on CRM.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- At least 3 years of Proven account management or other relevant experience in e-payment, e-commerce, online payment, and banking retail Sector is a must.
- Analysis & Numerical skills are needed
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details and adherence to deadlines
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
