Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Pharmacist. As a Community Pharmacist,
you will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions and managing patient medication needs by the policies and procedures established by Yodawy and its partner insurance
companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong medical background, be highly organized,
detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should be
able to work effectively as part of a team and manage a high volume of prescriptions while
maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. These activities should adhere to the
organization’s agreed policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Dispense prescription medications as per the agreed-upon rules and processes set by
    each insurance company partner.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and collection of all required documents during the
    prescription fulfillment process.
  • Conduct phone calls with customers to offer alternative treatment options if necessary.
  • Adhere to the specific medication dispensing guidelines and requirements of each
    insurance company.
  • Assist in the management and supervision to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
  • 2+ Years of experience in a similar field
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) and other relevant software applications.
