Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Implement all HR functions in the store including the recruiting, personnel, Payroll changes, data analysis and reports, Contracts & Contract Renewals…ETC.

Functional Accountabilities:

  • Validate, input and maintain monthly payroll changes to ensure the accuracy and efficient delivery.
  • Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for monthly reports.
  • Monthly Review and confirm on the store Vacancy Report Vs. the Actual.
  • Record all store staff monthly penalties, as well as present to the Labor Office as required.
  • Follow up all stores Contract Renewals on time (2 month before contract expiry date)
  • Manage the health certificates and ensure their validity
  • Subscribe new hires to the medical scheme as well as exit terminations
  • Manage subscription and exit of employees to the social insurance
  • Produce monthly staff turnover and availability reports
  • Custodian of store staff personnel files and hiring documents
  • Prepare & Deliver SI Form # 2 to Social insurance office
  • Coordinate employee performance appraisal cycle with store manager
  • Responsible to check on staff uniform, personal grooming, and the ID
  • Conduct staff investigations as required
  • Manage the hiring process including company induction for new comers
  • Manage the exit process for terminated or resigning employees, including the release of liability towards the company and vice versa.
  • Monitor, Execute  policies and procedures of the company

Job Requirements

Education

  • University Degree

Experience, Skills & Competencies skills.

  • Experience (2 to5 years)
  • Basic experience of coordinating the work of others
  • Achieve  specific end results within limited timeframes
