Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers on their strategic or regular demands & formulate communication into action plans.
- Communicating with internal agency team: designers & other content executives to deliver customer requirements, aligned with brand tone & built digital strategies.
- Logging internal & external communication happening during, meetings, calls, direct messages, or email.
- Managing timeline of content production process, including setting deadlines & prioritizing tasks all over working hours.
- Communicate deliverables to customers (& other shareholders) in a non-technical, coherent way, & advocate applied creative directions.
- Managing online presence accounts over all agreed upon platforms such as: Website, e-newsletters & social media channels.
- Manipulate content to meet each platform standards.
- Scheduling & posting of content, with guaranteeing the highest engagement level, considering posting times, tone, trends & any other aspect affecting volume of exposure.
- Generating reports, relying on the available tools & developing more tools to reach more clear insights.
- Generating success measuring KPIs per platform, per account.
- Auditing running campaigns & activities, & diagnose problems.
- Performing digital research using known methods to generate clear & coherent facts to help building digital strategies upon. With ability to justify facts with sources.
- Composing posts captions professionally, & into the required direction.
- Coming up with new tactics all the time, to reach strategic goals using known digital marketing methodologies.
- Commit to a strict self development plans, either created by superiors or by him/herself. With full support from the company to any agreed on plans.
- Closely follow social media trends & keep updated.
- Expanding & managing the company resources network, including influencers & different types of content producers, such as photographers, videographers, article copywriters, & more.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of digital marketing & customer communication experience.
- Solid knowledge and experience in managing different digital platforms.
- Solid knowledge of social media and analytics tools
- Solid understanding of branding standards.
- Ability to adapt understanding of new target audience groups characteristics, & ability to use the right tones for each group.
- Professional communication skills.
- Excellent business language in both English & Arabic.
- Solid time management skills.
- High self development skills.
