Job Description

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a responsible project coordinator to manage and organize all projects, especially educational or e-learning projects.
  • Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with us, you must have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
  • Ultimately, the duties of the project coordinator are to ensure that all projects are completed on time.
  • Coordination of project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break projects down into actionable actions and set timelines
  • Liaise with clients to define and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and help manage schedules
  • Ensure that clients' needs are met as projects develop
  • Assistance in preparing budgets
  • Analysis of risks and opportunities
  • Overseeing project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and deal with any issues that may arise
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the project manager to remove barriers
  • Use tools to monitor hours, plans, and expenses
  • Issuance of all appropriate legal papers (such as contracts and terms of the agreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documents, plans, and reports
  • Ensure that standards and requirements are met by performing quality assurance tests

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from idea to delivery
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, timelines, and step-by-step work plans
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Strong customer handling and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
