Job Description:
As a HubSpot Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our HubSpot marketing ecosystem. Your primary focus will revolve around leveraging HubSpot's capabilities to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, automation workflows, content distribution, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Expertise: Own our HubSpot account, overseeing all aspects, including campaign creation, automation workflows, contact management, and reporting.
- Marketing Automation: Develop and implement sophisticated automation workflows to nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions throughout the customer journey.
- Content Platforms Management: Manage content distribution across various platforms within HubSpot, optimizing content for different stages of the sales funnel and ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Engagement Strategies: Design and execute engagement strategies to enhance customer interactions, leveraging HubSpot's tools for social media, chatbots, and other engagement channels.
- Email Marketing: Craft and execute targeted email campaigns, employing segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization techniques to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using HubSpot's analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven optimizations.
- HubSpot Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring efficient use of HubSpot tools and fostering a culture of continuous learning and optimization.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 2 years of experience in managing HubSpot marketing, automation, and CRM platforms.
· Extensive experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
· Proficiency in utilizing HubSpot's features for content, email, and engagement strategies.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
· Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
· Experience in building email campaigns, creating landing pages, and website updates
· Proficiency in using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software
