Job Description: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. This role includes enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across various digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts to attract and engage the target audience.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
- SEO and SEM: Work on search engine optimization (SEO) of the website and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new trends and customer insights, adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support sales growth.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve performance and achieve better results.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements for Digital Marketing Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the technology or security systems industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Ability to create engaging and high-quality content, including written posts, graphics, and video content.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
