Job Description
We’re Hiring Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Roaya Group for Electrical Contracting & Supplies is looking for a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and design promotional content for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual content for social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and schedule engaging online campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Set up, Monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta & Google)
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Visit project sites to take photos/videos during delivery and installation.

Working Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday – from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday – Days Off
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media & digital marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies.
- Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including keyword research, content optimization, and understanding of how to improve online visibility.
- Understanding of basic photography/video for documentation.
Note: This position is open to both male and female candidates aged 25 – 40.
