Job Description
A major trading company with a famous brand is looking to hire immediately.
This is a full-time on-site role as an Chairman Office Manager at a huge company located in Egypt. As an Chairman Office Manger, you will be responsible for Handling and organizing the work and appointments of the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Your day-to-day tasks will include Meeting the guests of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and attending periodic and extraordinary meetings and coordinating all external dealings related to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of The nature of the company's works and activities.
- Schedule Management: Organize and manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Communication: Screen and direct calls, emails, and other correspondence. Communicate effectively on behalf of the Chairman.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the Chairman.
- Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality on sensitive company matters.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chairman Office Manager.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain Public Relations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize.
- AUC / GUC graduates are preferred.
- Female Only.
- Age : 25 – 35 years old.
- A good looking.
- A resident of Cairo.
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
- Possibility of traveling outside Egypt when needed
