Job Description
We are Seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team .As a Relationship manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the businessmen services sector .
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on business setup, corporate structuring, business advisory, and other related services .
- Identify opportunities to expand services and revenue within the existing client portfolios.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills , with the ability to build rapport with the clients from diverse backgrounds .
- Results -oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic ( additional languages are a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset
- B.Sc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
