Job Description
Job Purpose:
your role in this position is to drive new subscription, renew and up-sell existing ones, achieving your overall target of total revenues and customer retention and market share.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the complete sales cycle for online subscription services.
- Scan the market for prospects and develop market specific plans for generating new sales.
- Conduct customer visits and calls, plus all other aspects of customers communications to understand customers circumstances and customer budget to tailor the right subscription services and conclude a successful sale.
- Conduct customers presentations and demos of the services and address clearly and successfully customers objections and overcome customers buying barriers.
- Collaborate with marketing team and contribute to the marketing efforts to attracts leads and generate prospects.
- Generate technical and financial offers and ensure the they meet the customer expectations as well as company standards.
- Ensure that all sales activities are correctly and timely reported in the CRM.
- Contribute to the planning process of the annual sales plan and execute your own responsibilities.
- Collect services feedback and channel them to the company services design and operations.
- Provide support to the services delivery team to enable them to fulfill orders.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years subscription services sales experience.
- Extensive tele sales experience
Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Native Internet User and socially active.
- Fluent Arabic speaker and very good English.
Abilities:
- Travel and mobile around the customers.
- Work in teams as well as on your own.
