Job Description
- Responsible for filling vacant technical position in Arabian Systems.
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
- Schedule interviews, testing candidates, conduct phone and face to face interviews for further Selection process to fill vacant positions.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Ensuring an expedient, professional, and friendly experience for all candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
- Ensuring a great experience and service quality for the client
- Ensuring that our shared tracking systems, databases, and administrative responsibilitiesare timely and thoroughly completed and up to date
- Represent the company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
- Refer candidates to the client-organizations for possible recruitment
Job Requirements
- 4 years of Experience in HR Recruitment
- Have previous experience in Software/IT industry
- HR Certificate is A MUST
- Experience Using HRMS and ATS
- Experience in using technical tests platforms
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office
