Job Description

✍Job tasks

● Establish good relationship with Saudi market stakeholders 
● Establish good relationship with Egyptian real estate market stakeholders
● Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
● Develop a practical marketing strategy and achieve it.
● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
● Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
● Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support with clients.
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Requirements

ducation Level: Bachelor of Engineering or Business Administration

Gender: Male/Female

Experience in the Real estate sector is highly required 
Experience in Saudi market is highly preferred 

● 8-10years’ experience in business development in consultancy offices or contracting companies. 
● Working under big stress. 
● AutoCAD skills. 
● Marketing studies 
● Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
● Experience in customer support 
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
● Proficiency in English
● Contracts awareness (specially fidic contract)
● Market knowledge
● Communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to build rapport
● Time management and planning skills
