Job Description
Etisalat UAE is hiring call center agents. We are looking for highly committed candidates to join our family as a second line complaints advisor ( Expert Desk Advisor ).
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Handle customers complaints for Mobile internet & ADSL cases over the phone.
- Handle technical queries for mobile internet & ADSL through outbound and inbound calls. Also will be responsible for billing & refund queries.
- Reach customer"s satisfaction & take the customer's experience to the next level.
Job Requirements
- Excellent to Fluent English speakers.
- Graduates only / clear military status for men
- Soft & communication skills are a must
- Customer service background is must
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Flexible with rotational shifts & days off
- Flexible with not having transportation
