Job Description
- Plans, coordinates & ensures the CEO's schedule is followed & respected
- Works closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments & responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing calendar of appointments, arranging itineraries & compiling documents for meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, & demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service & response
Job Requirements
- University graduate (English section is a MUST)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in related fields
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, word and power-point)
- Heliopolis resident
- Presentable & has excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform & prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
